We are just a 4 minute walk to the central plaza, 8 minutes to Lake Chapala Society or to the start of hiking trails, 10 minutes to the Ajijic Malecón (lakeside promenade). Close walk to many restaurants.
BIRDING
Ajijic is a paradise for birders. Local birders report 160 species sighted around Lake Chapala in one recent month. One guest has been a birder for 38 years, and he spotted 8 new “life birds” in his first two days here.
